The terms.
- →Referral fee structure — standard real-estate-industry referral fee on the transaction value. Final structure confirmed at registration.
- →Registration is for the life of the client relationship. Once a client is registered to you, they remain registered.
- →We do not poach clients. If you introduce a client to us, that client is yours — with us, and forever.
- →Marketing materials, community access, and a direct point of contact provided to registered realtors.

The fastest path is an email to info@icon-group.com with subject "Realtor Registration" — include brokerage name, your name, license number, contact info, markets served, and (if registering a specific client introduction) the client's name.
We respond within 1–2 business days to confirm registration and align on the specific fee structure.
