Selections are the smallest part of what happens here. A Studio session covers how rooms relate and where light lands; how spaces work in daily life — the mudroom drop-zone, the kitchen prep flow, storage where your hands already are; what the local market rewards at resale and where every dollar earns its keep; and how the home adapts as life changes — kids, careers, parents, the decade you haven’t planned yet.
Along the way, the jargon gets translated. “Transitional,” “envelope,” “elevation,” “specification” — every term tied to a real assembly you can put your hand on. We curate the universe of options down to the realm of what you actually want, so you leave more certain of your taste, not less. You don’t come here to doubt what you want. You come here to grow toward it.
What happens on a visit.
- →Walk the real thing. Cabinetry, stone, tile, hardware, trim profiles — full assemblies, not chips and swatches.
- →Plan the spaces, not just the surfaces. Spatial and functional planning with your designer, against your actual floor plan.
- →See the dollars as you decide. Every selection carries its real price, against your Selection Ceilings, line item by line item.
- →Leave with it in writing. Your selections feed Phase 04, where the price locks before you sign.
