This is the part that brings us the most pride. We take meetings we know we won't be hired from. We answer calls from prospects two years into the decision who haven't picked a builder. We walk lots with families on Saturdays knowing the budget doesn't match. We do this because Phase 01 Education is real — and because the right way to serve a prospect doesn't depend on whether they end up signing.
Some of these prospects came back. Some of them referred friends to us. Some of them just told us the conversation mattered.
